the instructions below are based on current Regional State Administrative Agency’s (AVI) guidelines and limitations. We constantly follow the instructions of the authorities and make changes if necessary.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS IN AN EPIDEMIC SITUATION

  • You may come to the arena only if you are completely healthy. If anyone in the family is ill or quarantined, nobody from that family is allowed to enter the arena.
  • Only players, class participants and staff are allowed to enter the arena. Children are brought in and picked up outside the arena.
  • A maximum of 10 people allowed in one area (for example a court ), staff excluded.
  • In all situations, keep a safety distance of two meters and take good care of hand hygiene.
  • Everybody over 12 years of age must wear a face mask in public areas.
  • Only players (and coaches) are allowed on and near the courts.
  • Please note!  Badminton and squash may only be played as singles, i.e. only two players on each court! Max 10 people allowed on the entire badminton area.
  • Table tennis is only allowed on the squash courts (as singles). Only one table tennis table per squash court.
  • Please arrive punctually and leave the hall quickly. Avoid unnecessary stays in the arena.
  • Saunas and showers are not in use.
  • Changing rooms are not for customers over 12-years old.
  • You can buy products from the cafe, but you are not allowed to sit at the tables.
  • Children’s afternoon snack is still available. Max 2 children per table.
  • We recommend paying online in advance or by invoice.
  • If you pay at the service desk please keep the safety distances when queuing. If you are using a sports benefit please prepare for the payment before your turn at the service desk. Use for instance Mobilepay to share the cost between your friends.
  • If you know which court you have reserved you can go directly to the court area and do not need to register separately at the service desk. You can pay also after the game.
  • Playing possible only during opening hours.
  • Enhanced monitoring of facilities are in place (recording camera surveillance)

Coaching lessons (for people over 12-years old) and regular seasonal lessons in March can be canceled in advance free of charge. Grani Tennis adult compensation scheme is not in use for the time being.

RESPONSIBLE PLAYING AT TARGA ARENA

When you arrive at the arena 

  • Use the main door to enter the arena.
  • Change your shoes upstairs in the cafe or outside the court and leave your outdoor footwear in the shoe racks. Outdoor footwear is not allowed on the courts.
  • Classes end 5 minutes before the end of the hour. Wait for the previous players to leave the court before you enter it.

When you leave the arena

  • Use ground floor door A if you have played squash or tennis on courts 1-3.
  • Use ground floor door B if you have played badminton.
  • Use side door C if you have played tennis on court nr 4.
  • Use side door D if you have played tennis on court nr 5 or padel on court nr 1.
  • Use side door E if you have played padel on court 1-2.

The doors are marked with these letters. Do not let anyone in with the same door opening.

Our staff will monitor compliance with the instructions and remind you if necessary.
